  • We have found over the years that scheduling your website build works best for everyone is we all pick one day (or two, depending on the package you select) to build the website. We will schedule a day that is mutually convenient and we will be your dedicated website designers! You'll have us all to yourself, and we will Zoom or call and gather feedback, revisions ideas, and more. This intensive build strategy allows us to dedicate 100% of our attention to your website build and it eliminates the stress clients experience during the build process. 

  • Yes, but only if once we have everything we need from you. Like essay reviews, website design for college consultants becomes more efficient with experience. The Brightstocking team has been creating websites since the mid-2000s. While that dates us a bit, it means we bring extensive expertise to your project. Our development timeline for new sites is structured to collect all necessary elements upfront, significantly reducing back and forth revisions, while ensuring your site remains consistently on-brand and visually stunning.

  • College consultants will prepare for the Big Build Day by gathering everything we need (testimonials, headshots, and specific service package details) in advance. We'll guide you through every step, but plan for 3-4 hours of initial preparation. Your Intensive Build Day (or two!) requires you to work with Beegee from 10 am to 12 pm on logo design, color selection, and the general feel of the website. From 1 pm to 4 pm, you'll work with both Ashley and Beegee as they build your website.

  • We typically secure a 20% first-year discount for you. Subscription costs vary based on your needs, ranging from approximately $220/year for Squarespace only to $430/year for a comprehensive package (including Google Workspace, domain, Squarespace, and email marketing).

  • We offer several logo and brand package options. The basic package features a text-based logo incorporating your preferred fonts and colors. The semi-custom package allows you to select from various design options. Our premium package adds two additional rounds of changes so you can get it just right. Most new college consultants find the semi-custom option provides the ideal balance of personalization and value.
