Town of Bluffton Specialized Vehicle Safety Law Awareness Campaign(aka The Golf Cart Law)
Golf carts are part of how Bluffton gets around, so when the Town adopted new rules for golf carts, low-speed vehicles, and utility terrain vehicles, it needed residents to learn them without feeling scolded. Brightstocking built the public education campaign that introduced the law ahead of enforcement.
Keeping Bluffton Rolling
The work included web graphics, a pocket-sized Golf Cart Safety Fact Card, and a dedicated newsletter. Together they turned an ordinance full of seat-belt rules, equipment checklists, and road restrictions into clear, friendly guidance. The aim was the same as the law’s: make the roads safer while keeping Bluffton’s golf cart culture intact.
